Composition

Each tablet contains

• trimethoprim 80 mg
• sulfamethoxazole 400 mg

Presentation

Each box of 10*10 tablets for oral use

Indications

The combination of those two antibiotics is used to prevent or treat Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PPC)

Posology

Use twice daily but may be taken up to four times a day when used to treat certain severe lung infections
