• Prophylactic treatment of venous thromboembolic events in bedridden patients for acute medical conditions
• Unstable angina.
• Extracorporeal circulations (during dialysis: 4-hour time session)
• Pulmonary embolism
• Myocardial infarction
• Prophylactic treatment of deep vein thrombosis
• Small pelvis surgeries
