Posology

• Adults: 1 to 1.5 g per day as intravenous infusions. The 1 g dosage can be administered as a single infusion
• Children: 20 to 30 mg / kg / day as an intravenous infusion
•  Newborns and infants: 20 mg / kg / day in two 10 mg / kg doses as a slow IV infusion
• The relay can be taken orally at the same dosage when the patient's condition allows.
